Compensate - Installation Requirements

Compensate® SI - Workers' Compensation Claims Management System is designed to accommodate your preferences and working situation. It incorporates the following customization capabilities: - Your Company's location codes, occupation codes, initial compensation values, injury codes, and internal case numbering system.
- Programming necessary to track claims from multiple sites and to generate reports that are site-specific using the Your Company's site and location codes.
- Additional data elements such as: date of hire, time on job, time incident occurred.
- The ability to manually input wage data and calculate FWW and AWW values. (Downloading of payroll history data, from Your payroll system, for these calculations, may be possible.)
A Pre-Installation Audit of your current Workers' Compensation System and a review of your data conversion requirements will determine any additional costs beyond the base product costs. In order to install Compensate® Software Your Company must provide the following information: Compensation Management Information - Your Company's Incident Report Form

- State Forms, such as FROI, SI-40, SI-9 and OSHA 200
Computer System Information - Work center data elements: Site, Dept, Line, Shift, Pay code
- Accident location codes
- Claim type codes
- Claimant records data elements

- Job code
- Job description
- Case number - Unique Claim Identifier
- Claim number
- Provider look-up table
- Injury codes: Cause, Body part, Nature, Machine
- Initial Reserve codes and amounts
